Pabst Patent Group Hosts "IP Due Diligence" Lunch-and-Learn Program
03/11/2019On Monday, March 11, PPG hosted a lunch-and-learn program covering key intellectual property (IP) concerns that companies should consider during while undergoing due diligence in anticipation of funding. IP due diligence involves an auditing process meant to assess the quantity and the quality of IP assets owned by, or licensed to, a company, business or individual.
The presentation, "IP Due Diligence", was given by PPG attorneys Yvonne Shyntum, Rivka Monheit and Patrea Pabst.
