Pabst Patent Group is pleased to announce that Adam Raymond, PhD. has been promoted to Associate effective December 1, 2018. Dr. Raymond is an intellectual property lawyer with extensive experience on all aspects of patent prosecution, due diligence and portfolio management in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

Dr. Raymond’s experience includes drafting and prosecuting US patent applications, drafting invalidity, freedom to operate and non-infringement opinion letters and advising clients on patent prosecution strategy. He also works with international associates to guide the prosecution of foreign patent applications.
