Rivka Monheit has been invited to be a panelist at the 2017 ABA Intellectual Property Spring Conference. The panel discussion is entitled Ten Lessons for Patent Prosecutors from Litigation. The focus of the panel will be on how to prepare a patent for litigation before the patent issues. The panelists will discuss their experiences asserting U.S. patents, identify the challenges they regard as most significant, and provide concrete and actionable advice for patent prosecutors.
