U.S. News and World Report and Best Lawyers have released the 2017 "Best Law Firms" rankings, providing a comprehensive view of the U.S. legal profession. Pabst Patent Group has been ranked as a Top Tier Firm for a seventh consecutive year.

The rankings feature law firms that have received consistent impressive performance ratings by clients and peers. Achieving a high ranking is a special distinction that signals a unique combination of excellence and breadth of expertise. This year’s ranking are based on the highest number of participating firms and highest number of client ballots on record. Over 10,000 attorneys provided almost 800,000 law firm assessments, and over 10,000 clients provided more than 90,000 evaluations. Awards were given in 74 national practice areas and 122 metropolitan practice areas.

The U.S. News - Best Lawyers "Best Law Firms" rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.
