Brian Giles uses his technical proficiency and practical IP strategy to help biotech companies, research institutions, and investors protect their intellectual property.

With a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and over 10 years of hands-on lab experience, Brian brings real-world insight and deep knowledge to every matter.

Clients rely on Brian for tailored, forward-thinking advice that aligns with their business goals and the science behind their innovations. He works closely with early- and growth-stage companies, as well as leading universities, to build strong, defensible patent portfolios that support long-term success.

Brian has helped protect a wide range of technologies, including:
